North Shore Retirement and Aged Care Consulting are the Retirement and Aged Care specialists covering all suburbs across the Lower and Upper North Shore and Northern Beaches, as well as suburbs within the Lane Cove, Hunters Hill, Ryde, Canada Bay and Hornsby Local Government Areas.  


We also regularly arrange Residential Aged Care placements in the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and Hills Districts of Sydney.


We aim to assist individuals and families to navigate the complexities of aged care and to find the most appropriate retirement and aged care options available.


We offer a personalised, independent, affordable and unbiased service which seeks to fully understand your needs, preferences and budget in order to shortlist the most appropriate options. This may be in relation to Respite/Residential Aged Care, In Home Care options including Home Care Packages or Retirement Village/Independent Living options.  


For example:

  • You may just need some help to continue living at home. This support may come via a Home Care Package;
  • You may require a Residential Aged Care facility to meet specific needs, such as dementia care;
  • You may wish to consider a Retirement Village or an Independent Living option where you can transition to an Aged Care facility on the same site.


Having personally visited over 120 Residential Aged Care Facilities and Independent Living options across Sydney's Upper and Lower North Shore, Northern Beaches and surrounds, we have an extensive knowledge of the amenities, types of rooms/accommodation, food and activity offerings as well as care services that are available.


We can discuss all available options and clearly explain all costs involved and the funding choices available. We operate on a fee for service basis and do not receive commissions from the businesses/facilities we may shortlist.


We are also able to arrange placements outside our specialist areas if required and have thoroughly researched and previously arranged placements on the Central Coast, Illawarra, Southern Highlands, Northern NSW and Gold Coast.

Kerrie strives to provide her clients with professional guidance and seeks to alleviate the stress, paperwork and time involved in the search and transition process. She is passionate in helping individuals and families navigate and find the most appropriate and affordable retirement and aged care options.


With 22 years in the financial services sector, Kerrie holds a degree in Economics and Business Law, a Diploma in Financial Planning and has completed the Aged Care component of her Masters in Financial Planning.
