Extra Aged Care Services

This is a 40-minute Zoom or Phone Consultation to discuss your or a loved one’s individual circumstances. This may incorporate discussions around where to start, the best way to navigate the aged care system, the options that are generally available and to provide guidance around any specific individual issues. An initial care consultation can assist in opening up discussions within a family and can help to initiate a pathway forward.

In person consultations can also be arranged.

We are also able to assist with the completion of all Services Australia and Residential Aged Care documentation. We are an established organisational nominee and can follow up Centrelink processing and any associated issues.

We can assist/arrange for the clearing, packing of belongings and the physical move into a Retirement Village or Residential Aged Care.
