Based on our extensive research, knowledge and understanding of individual care needs, budget and preferences we can assist you in finding an appropriate Residential Aged Care facility and will ensure a smooth transition to care. 

Our process is as follows:

• An initial meeting which can be in person, via the phone or Zoom at which we can discuss the types of aged care facilities available and outline the costs involved.
• From this, we will determine your requirements and preferences and arrange an ACAT assessment if required. 
• We will provide a report short-listing appropriate aged care facilities which best meet with individual care needs, location preferences and budget and liaise with facilities to determine availability/clinical suitability and arrange wait-listing if required.  
• We can arrange facility tours and be present if required.
• We can explain the options for paying accommodation costs and refer you a financial adviser if required to ensure the best financial outcome. We may also be able to negotiate the RAD and Additional Services Fee and arrange extended Respite on your behalf.
• We can assist you in understanding the Aged Care Service Agreement and help complete both Centrelink and provider documentation.
• We can assist in settling you into accommodation if required.
• Provide follow up visits after moving if required.

We have personally visited all Residential Aged Care Facilities across Sydney's Upper and Lower North Shore, Northern Beaches and surrounds and therefore have an extensive knowledge of the amenities, types of rooms, food and activity offerings as well as care services that are available.

We can offer a full service or just assist you with part of the process such as the provision of a shortlisting report or assistance with the completion of paperwork. We operate on a fee for service basis and do not receive commissions from the businesses/facilities we may shortlist.

We can arrange placements outside our specialist areas across Sydney and NSW.  We also have extensive knowledge of facilities in the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, Ryde, Hornsby and Hills areas, Central Coast, Newcastle, Illawarra and the Gold Coast.
